Georgia qualified from Sheffield Hallam University in 2007 with a First Class honours degree. Since then she has worked in both NHS, private practice and sporting settings. Currently she is also working as a Physiotherapist in Orthopaedics and Trauma at Addenbrookes Hospital. She works closely with the Orthopaedics team and is fully up to date with the latest developments in Joint Replacement, fracture management, post-operative care and long term rehabilitation. She was recently selected to present at the 7th Addenbrookes Orthopaedic and Trauma Conference on a cutting-edge Orthopaedic device for fractures.
Georgia has always had a love of sport, and since 2008 has been the Huntingdon Stags Club Physiotherapist. “Being a Rugby Physio means you have to think on your feet, assess and act quickly in stressful situations. I also have to use all my skills to rehab players back to match fitness as soon as possible. I find it so fulfilling working alongside clients to achieve their goals”.
Georgia is a valued member of our team and brings to the clinic a diverse treatment approach which places all our patients in safe and reassuring hands. She is particularly interested in working with post-trauma patients, fractures and following joint replacements.
