pilates_02Pilates is a form of low-intensity exercise which works the core muscles, improves posture and is effective in retraining muscles after injury, especially low back pain. As part of a general exercise regime, it is essential for preventing re-injury and at the same time is relaxing and enjoyable.

All classes at the clinic are mat-based and groups of just 4 people emphasising individual attention to meet your needs. Our instructor, Zara Walters can also give 1:1 sessions for those wishing to have a class tailored just to them.
