Our beautiful new studio spaces in Bedfordshire lends itself to a great workout, be it with Pilates or giving your mind some space with mindfulness. Classes can be booked online using our online booking page.

Pilates is a form of low-intensity exercise which works the core muscles, improves posture and is effective in retraining muscles after injury, especially low back pain. As part of a general exercise regime, it is essential for preventing re-injury and at the same time is relaxing and enjoyable.

Classes at the clinic are mat-based and groups of just 8 people emphasising individual attention to meet your needs. Our instructors can also give 1:1 sessions for those wishing to have a class tailored just to them.

Spring 2021 is very exciting for Woodfield Physiotherapy! We now have a beautiful new studio for group classes up to 8 people such Pilates and Mindfulness. We will be offering further classes in 2021 such as Over 65’s exercises, balance training and falls prevention.

Woodfield Physio offer Pilates classes to those in and around Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, including; Colmworth, Shambrook, Kempston, Kimbolton, Buckden, Sandy, Huntingdon and St Neots.

Meet the practitioners:


Mindfulness helps people to learn more effectively, think more clearly, perform better and to feel calmer and less anxious. It now forms part of mainstream stress and pain management as well as a variety of other contexts including cardiology, oncology, mental health and sports performance.

As well as working with individuals, children or families, Annabel runs 8 week courses in our beautiful new studio space. She also leads a mindfulness group for people who have attended a course and who have practised mindfulness for some time. Taster sessions are offered for those living in Bedfordshire or Cambridgeshire who are interested in finding out more about mindfulness. Annabel says “Mindfulness has made a big difference to many people. It helps them appreciate all the positive things around and to better manage challenges, stress or anxiety. I really enjoy teaching it at Woodfield and seeing the impact it can have on members of my group”.

Annabel also currently offers a class every other week for those who have previous experience of mindfulness.
