Pelvic Floor Pilates 6 week Course starting 1st November
This pelvic floor Pilates course will help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and deep tummy muscles to improve bladder control, incontinence issues and pelvic organ prolapse. No previous experience of Pilates is needed.
You will get to know your pelvic floor muscles, how to contract them and specifically work this muscle group in isolation, improving core stability and pelvic strength.
