Mindfulness Course “The Present”
Would you like to find out more about Mindfulness? We have places available for “The Present” starting on Monday 6th September 7pm-8.30pm and runs for 8 sessions. The course is aimed at improving positive mental health and well-being through practising mindfulness techniques as well as an explanation of the neuroscience of emotions such as anxiety. We also have a taster session on Saturday 14th August 10-11.30am for those wishing to learn a little more about how mindfulness could help in our busy lives.
